Terms of Service

1. Service scope

DDingERP provides internal order management, inventory management, warehouse fulfillment, and operational reporting tools for authorized ecommerce stores.

2. Authorized use

Users may connect only stores they own, manage, or have explicit permission to operate. The service must not be used to access unauthorized store data or bypass platform authorization controls.

3. Platform data

Platform data may be used only for legitimate order fulfillment, inventory synchronization, shipping document preparation, operational review, and related internal business workflows.

4. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate product, SKU, warehouse, and inventory mappings and for reviewing fulfillment actions before final shipment or handover.

5. Prohibited activity

The service may not be used for unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, fraudulent fulfillment activity, resale of seller data, or any activity that violates applicable laws or marketplace policies.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability may depend on hosting infrastructure, platform APIs, network conditions, and third-party service availability.
