1. Purpose

DDingERP is an internal OMS/WMS application used to manage orders, inventory, and fulfillment workflows for ecommerce stores that have explicitly authorized access.

2. Data we process

The application may process authorized shop data such as order identifiers, order status, product and SKU information, item quantities, package information, inventory information, shipping document status, and operational logs needed for fulfillment.

3. How data is used

Data is used only for order processing, SKU mapping, inventory reservation, stock synchronization, shipping document preparation, warehouse operations, and internal operational reporting.

4. Authorization

DDingERP only accesses store data after the store owner or authorized operator grants permission through the official platform authorization process. We do not access unauthorized shops.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell authorized shop data. Data is not shared with unrelated third parties except where required to operate hosting, security, storage, logging, or fulfillment-support infrastructure.

6. Security

We apply access control, HTTPS transport, operational logging, and limited data access based on business needs. API credentials and tokens are intended to be stored securely and used only for authorized operations.

7. Retention

Operational data is retained only as long as needed for fulfillment, reconciliation, audit, legal, and business continuity purposes.
